New Dead Space 2 trailer shows the Sprawl in all its fiery, corpse-strewn beauty

With a release date of January 28 and a demo coming December 21, it%26rsquo;s pretty easy to ignore the rest of 2010 and get caught up in the hype for Dead Space 2. The sequel to one of 2008%26rsquo;s best games keeps looking better in each cryptic trailer we get, but the newest one, detailing DS2%26rsquo;s the Sprawl, has the most in-depth look of the game we%26rsquo;ve seen yet. Here, watch for yourself:

A giant city floating in space, the Sprawl is been overrun with necromorphs by the time Dead Space%26rsquo;s hero Isaac Clarke gets there. Trains are on fire, corpses scattered about and bloodthirsty monsters hiding in the shadows appear to maintain the chilling atmosphere the original did so well. Such a huge, seemingly empty city seems to be a more interesting location than the derelict spaceship Ishimura from the original.

With all this trailer teases, including some new weapons towards the end, we look forward to the single player demo living up to the expectations this awesome trailer built up. But what say you? This make you any more excited for Dead Space 2?
