New Battlefield 3 screens and art illustrate the tech and creativity behind the game
DICE takes us behind-the-scenes of Battlefield 3 and its new engine, Frostbite 2
Much of what we know about Battlefield 3 has come from a series of campaign trailers, and now DICE, the game's developer,has released a variety of assets which illustrate the technology, design, and conceptual work behind what we've seen. Along with the images, the creators included brief descriptions of their process, from audio engineering to storyboarding, which I've summarized beneath each of a selection of the assets below.
