Mortal Kombat: Legacy getting Blu-ray release November 8th

Yes, we're aware the live-action Mortal Kombat: Legacy series can already be watched in its entirety on YouTube or through other online means, but we also know true fans might still be interested in spending a few bucks on the goodies-filled Blu-ray edition scheduled to pummel shelves on November 8th.

The Blu-ray will sell for US$19.98 and include all nine-episodes of the cult web series which began airing online on April 12th. It will also feature a half hour of behind-the-scenes interviews and clips, as well as bonus videos profiling the show's various characters, weapons, moves and abilities. Last but not least (or maybe least depending on your interest in guys talking about filming stuff), viewers will have the chance to learn more about the series' director, Kevin Tancharoen, whoseMortal Kombat: Rebirthfan film, was the inspiration for the entire live-action project.
