Biography: Secret sister of the Gray Fox (aka the cyborg ninja), and the head of FOXHOUND’s medical staff, Naomi injected Snake with the FOXDIE virus in MGS. His subsequent time of death was apparently unpredictable.
What she’s doing in MGS4: Naomi turns up to tell a deteriorating Snake that he has only six months to live. Is she telling the truth, though? Time will tell.
