Biography: Otacon was the designer of Metal Gear REX - after Solid rescued him in MGS, he became the “Q” to Snake’s Bond.
What he’s doing in MGS4: He’s going to invent lots of new gadgets for Snake - our fave so far is the Octo-camo suit, which can make the wearer blend into any surface.
Metal Gear Solid's former art director once said he spends "a lot of time fussing over the details of the characters' backside since that's the side the player sees most in-game"
