When you enter the World Marshal HQ building, you will get attacked by a small group of guards. Look for the one with the ID and take it.

This will be on top of the pillar, to the right closest the door. To get it, hop on the pillar near the stairs and then hop across to the TVs on the wall and across to the next pillar where it is located.

When you go up the stairs in the lobby, make your way to the far left and in the glass case will be the VR case.

When you are waiting for the elevator, a group of guards will come rushing into the lobby. One of them will have the left arm you need. Use the Augmented vision to find him and let him come to you.
VR MISSION 14

When you exit the elevator, make a right and then a left down the long hall. Take the first left through the glass. Enter the room on the right and the VR case will be in the corner.

When you exit the elevator, there will be a gang of guards patrolling. Use your augmented vision to find the guard with the glowing arm and take it. It’s possible to sneak up on him as the guards are usually far enough apart.

When you get off the elevator, kill the guards patrolling quietly without raising the alarm and an additional enemy will appear in the far room with an arm you can take. NOTE: He will only appear if you are not detected.
VR MISSION 15

Again, after you exit the elevator, run to the right and then left to the end of the hall. Slash through the glass on the left and then go right. Go to the office at the end and the VR case will be in the corner.

When you enter the Japanese garden, you will fight a swarm of enemies with the final guard at the top of the stairs having the arm you need.

When you enter the courtyard in the second section of the the Japanese garden, there will be a few guards there, one with the left arm you can take.

When you are heading for the elevator in the Japanese garden. Go to the lower left of the elevator entrance to find this silver crate.

Once you head down the maintenance catwalk, there will be a few guards near the elevator in the center of the room. The guard with the arm will be stationary near it.

When the freight elevator starts burning, keep fighting enemies and clearing off the Dwarf Gekko’s until no more appear. The last cyborg you defeat will drop this data.

When riding up the freight elevators, you will encounter one of the hammer wielding foes. He will have the arm to take.
MIB 04

Once you reach the top of the freight elevator, hop up to the top of the crates to the right side and then slide though the open window. Once on the ground, the MIB will be right beside the stack of large containers.
VR MISSION 16

Once you exit the freight elevator, leave the room and go to the immediate right. There will be a few large boxes here that you need to destroy. Do so and let them fade away to find the VR case under them.

After your chat with Sundowner, run up the stairs and back across the walkway. Go to the right and through the door way to the end. Hop up the cabinet there and jump over to the pipes. Follow them to the next walkway and you’ll find the silver chest there.

When you leave the brain room and run down the corridor, go all the way to the end before you jump up to the catwalk above.
