AKA James McCullen, this is the man who designs the weapons that keeps Cobra supplied and funded. He’s seen here without his trademark metal mask. Played by Christopher Eccleston.
3. Storm Shadow
Brother to the heroes’ ninja warrior Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow was recruited by Cobra to work as their mercenary. Played by Byung-hun Lee.
4. Zartan
The villains’ disguise expert who can change his voice and appearance.
Played by Arnold Vosloo.
5. The Baroness
Cobra’s sexiest operative who can never be trusted. Played by Sienna Miller.
6. The Doctor
A cryptic yet fitting code name for the man who is Cobra Commander. A devious, deviant scientist. Played by Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
