Mass Effect will amass into one foil-trimmed box just in time for holiday shoppers. BioWare today announced Mass Effect Trilogy, a compilation of Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3, will release on November 6 for Xbox 360 and PC for $60, a day before the developer plans to begin its first year of "N7 Day" festivities.
The three games in one package will arrive later this year on PlayStation 3, with no mention given of a Wii U version (Mass Effect 3 is set to release on Wii U sometime in the console's launch window). BioWare made no mention of any included DLC for the games, though GamesRadar has requested clarification on that point.
The original Mass Effect will appear on PlayStation 3 for the first time in the collection, and will also be available for standalone purchase on PlayStation Network.
BioWare said it will reveal more details on planned "N7 Day" celebrations, including "a variety of in-game, online and live events which fans can congregate and fly their N7 colors," on the Mass Effect website soon.
