Mass Effect: Space monkeys and other galactic curiosities

Pretty moons and suns and stuff

OK, so the planets not visited as part of Mass Effect's main storyline may not exactly be teeming with life, but, handily, they do capture the emptiness and harsh conditions of outer space perfectly. Yet while these barren landscapes are largely void of life, many of them are quite beautiful. Large looming suns, twin moons, dramatic vistas, smouldering lakes, debris falling like stamepding shooting stars... And no matter how many times we drive the Mako over a crest and are met by a blazing light from a planet's sun, we just don't get bored of it. We're suckers for this sci-fi stuff.

Check the list below for how to find some of the galaxy's best beauty spots and then hit the movie player and soak it up with your eyes.

Where to find some beauty spots:
Attican Beta - Eletania
Armstrong Nebula - Vamshi - Maji
Armstrong Nebula - Gagarin - Rayingri
Voyager Cluster - Amazon - Agebinium
Artemis Tau - Macedon - Sharjla
Artemis Tau - Knossos - Therum
Artemis Tau - Sparta - Edolus
Maroon Sea - Vostok - Nodacrux

I don't have the energy to really hate anything properly. Most things I think are OK or inoffensively average. I do love quite a lot of stuff as well, though.
