Marvel vs Capcom 3: Seth Killian talks Spidey, X-23, Tron Bonne and Wesker

Marvel vs Capcom 3 cannot be accurately summarized in words - it's a blisteringly paced, 3-on-3 fighting extravaganza that needs to be seen in motion to be fully appreciated. So rather than post another text-heavyaccount of how the new characters look and play, we headed down to Capcom and had expert street fighter Seth Killian give us the real dirt on X-23, Wesker, Tron Bonne and everyone's favorite (only?) wall-crawler, Spider-Man.

X-23 (NYX #3)

Above: Seth is particularly excited about X-23 - she's not just a girl Wolverine!

Tron Bonne (Mega Man Legends)

Above: Tron Bonne returns from MvC2 with new abilities and better all-aroundoptions than her prior appearance

Wesker (Resident Evil 5 version)

Above: Wesker has tons of tricks, notably a pesky teleporting move

Spider-Man (Amazing Fantasy #15)

Above: Spider-Man has been slightly altered to feel "more Spidey-ish," which includes a new web zipline move

Direct feed matches

Above: No talkin', just fightin'. Look at Dante rack up those combos!

Above: Another no-nonsense match with a little Wolverine vs X-23 action

MvC3 is still down for a 2011 release for PS3/360, which leaves plenty of time for even more character reveals. We got Amaterasu, so may we now plead and beg forVanessa Schneider?
