Marvel's Joe Quesada set to appear at Kapow! 2012
And you can win the chance to have lunch with him
Visitors to London’s Kapow! Festival will be in for a treat in May, when Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada will make a rare appearance at the comic convention.
Quesada has been the top man at Marvel for the last ten years and is a key figure in Marvel Studios’ cinematic output. If you want to know just why Black Panther hasn’t got his own film yet, he’s the man to ask.
Elsewhere in the festival, director Nacho Vigalondo will be making an appearance to discuss forthcoming project Supercrooks , the latest comic-book adaptation from Kick-Ass creator Mark Millar.
You can take a look at the new Supercrooks viral that recently went online, below…
On top of that, the festival will also be attended by the likes of Warren Ellis, Scott Snyder, Mark Millar, Sara Pichelli, Dave Gibbons, Frank Quitely, Bryan Hitch and Olivier Coipel.
The event will be held at London’s Business Design Centre on 19 – 20 May, and if you book your ticket before 31 March, you’ll be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win Sunday lunch with Quesada and Marvel talent scout C.B. Cebulski. What are you waiting for? Snap up your tickets here .
