UPDATE: Another new poster launches

Man Of Steel fans brace yourself, because a double-dose of epicness is heading your way in the form of a brand-new poster and a UK TV spot, which you can see/watch below.

The new poster (via ComingSoon.net ), features Henry Cavill’s Superman soaring skywards in typical, sonic boom-inducing style, in front of a giant stylised ‘S’. Oh wait, that’s not an S. On his planet it's a symbol for hope. Our bad.

And if that’s whet your appetite for more Man Of Steel action, check out the brand new UK TV spot (via Yahoo! Movies ), which manages to cram in a few new awesome beats for Supes, and a couple of cool glimpses of Michael Shannon’s General Zod. And that abruptly-landing spaceship is just ginormous...

UPDATE: Another new poster has been revealed on Twitter . This one sees Supes shooting off in an iconic blur of red cape, in a glorious image worthy of a vintage comic-book print. Check it out in full below:
