Lindsey Lohan has Georgia on her mind
Lohan joins Felicity Huffman and Jane Fonda in drama Georgia Rule
Clearly hoping to extend her acting chops by appearing alongside quality thesps, Lindsay Lohan has signed up to star with Felicity Huffman and Jane Fonda in the dysfunctional family drama Georgia Rule.
Pretty Woman director Garry Marshall – who last delighted us all with The Princess Diaries 2 (thank you sooo much, Garry) – will handle the shouting into megaphones and other general directing tasks, as well as writing and producing. His story focuses on a rebellious young lady (Lohan) who drives her mother (Huffman) to her wits’ end. Tired of all the arguing, mom packs her off to spend a summer with her grandmother (Fonda), in the hopes that she can straighten the wild child out.
Lindsay Lohan playing a rule-breaking, hard-partying young woman? Blimey… She’s really going to have to research this one.
