Midnight Club 3's victory was short-lived, as miniature plastic Obi-Wan and his perfectly moulded pals Force their way up to number one. Dub Edition is only shunted to second place, though, leaving FIFA Street firmly planted at position three.
Two new, and very different, single-format entries make it straight into the top 10 this week, with PS2's TT Superbikes at five and truly massive PC MMO, Guild Wars, entering at number eight.
Meanwhile, most of last week's charting new entries sit within seven places of each other in the top 30: Star Fox Assault jets into position 23, US Army training-aid-made-videogame, Close Combat First to Fight, makes it to number 28 and Vivendi's PC epic, Empire Earth II, enters at 30.
Eagerly anticipated FPS Pariah is out this Friday, and Thursday sees the latest game release in the unrelenting Lucas pension scheme, Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith. A chart position is fairly certain - if only because fans can play out the full and final story in the franchise a full two weeks before the release of the film.
