Best Legend of Zelda merch and gifts 2023
We've been on an epic quest to round up the very best Legend of Zelda merch, from Tears of the Kingdom to Ocarina of Time
On the prowl for Legend of Zelda merch? It's only right. If there's one thing Link has taught us in his decades of adventure, it's that collecting treasure is awesome.
However, there's a problem - we're spoiled for choice now that the franchise is a grand total of 30-something years old. To help narrow it down and get you the very best Legend of Zelda merch, we've sought out what we genuinely think fans would be proud to own. That doesn't just include nods to the latest adventure, either; we've been sure to throw in collectibles and other Zelda merchandise from Breath of the Wild, Ocarina of Time, and beyond.
We've also done our level best to hunt down as many bargains, offers, and deals as possible in an effort to save you money along the way. Because this page is updated on a regular basis with the latest prices, you should see any discounts displayed below each item - handy if you're trying to save money on gifts for gamers.
Some are harder to find than others (hence why we've listed the most recent one here), but Legend of Zelda Amiibo are almost universally great. No matter which one you go for, these statues are of a remarkably high quality for the price. They manage to capture each game's distinct artstyle with ease too, and there's one to represent almost every installment in the series. More importantly, they can be used in your Switch games to import items or clothing.
Is Breath of the Wild your favorite Zelda game? This lavish hardcover shows off behind-the-scenes art to go with lore and insightful commentary from the people who designed it, making 'Creating a Champion' perfect for anyone that wants to eke out their time in Hyrule for a little longer. You won't feel short-changed by its size, either; it's a chunky tome with 424 pages under its belt.
Although some prefer to stick them on rockets, roast them over a spit, or otherwise inconvenience them (you know who you are), we'd argue that Koroks are really rather sweet. That's why this plush version ranks so highly on our list. It perfectly captures the look of the Koroks despite being oh-so-cuddly (to the point we expect it to yell, "yahaha! You found me!"), and is probably our favorite of the Zelda soft toy range. Just be aware that different sizes are available.
Thanks to a spot-on design that makes this notepad look as if it's leapt straight from the screen of your Switch, this is one of the cooler collectibles on the list. While it won't be getting you into shrines or unlocking new powers, it is practical; flip the cover and you'll find a book of blank paper to scribble all over (perhaps to make notes with while you seek out those pesky Koroks). At almost 700g it's also nice and weighty, as you'd expect the Shiekah Slate itself to be.
This may come as a surprise, but the Legend of Zelda games - which seem to reboot their universe with almost every installment - are part of one long story. In addition to a detailed chronology of how the saga fits together, this book is stuffed with info on Hyrule at large. It's an essential purchase for longtime fans as a result. Just bear in mind that it was published before Breath of the Wild, so doesn't feature that game.
Are you a fan of the older games, particularly Ocarina of Time? This Zelda merchandise will strike a chord. It recreates the three Spiritual Stones (along with a heart container, the Master Sword, a retro key from Link to the Past, and more) as little pieces of jewelry, all delivered inside a handsome display box.
Besides being a replica of Link's most iconic instrument that's good-looking in its own right, it's actually functional and can be used to play Ocarina of Time's songs (which can be learned from the booklet provided). Those who grew up on the N64 classic will recognise this instrument right away, so it's also a great present if you need ideas.
If the info in Hyrule Historia wasn't enough, you can expand on it with this lavish and expansive follow-up. With 320 pages of lore, history, and information on every corner of the universe, it's highly recommended Legend of Zelda merch for those wanting to dig deeper into the franchise's story.
Although it's not quite as essential as the Encyclopedia or Hyrule Hystoria, this is still a gorgeous collection of artwork from across the franchise. That means it's a repository for character concepts, promo pieces, artwork from game boxes and instruction booklets, retro sprites, and more.
