Kristen Stewart to play Snow White in The Huntsman?
Viggo Mortensen considers a role, too
Twilight is nearing the end of its screen life, and it seems that star Kristen Stewart is already turning her gaze upon pastures new.
Heat Vision report that the 20-year-old actress is a major contender for the role of Snow White in the upcoming ‘serious’ spin on the fairytale, Snow White And The Huntsman .
While previous reports from Variety suggested that Universal were looking for a fresh-faced unknown for the role, Stewart is apparently on their list of possible Snow Whites.
Alongside her on that list is Sucker Punch star Emily Browning – who tested last week.
Meanwhile, Viggo Mortensen is also in the running for the role of the titular huntsman who, in this version of the story, spares Snow White, and becomes her protector as they attempt to escape the evil queen
Charlize Theron’s negotiations to play the evil queen are apparently still ongoing.
