He may have one of the most idiotic costumes in all of comic-dom, but the shape-shifting Martian Manhunter has plenty of creepy powers that save him from obscurity. He can read minds and also use telekinetic abilities to push, shove and generally rough up anyone around.

Below, in his true form, the Manhunter unleashes a mind burst that wipes out the White Martians in one swipe. Interesting note: the DC Martians really, really hate fire. It totally screws with them.
