So, for this alternate costume, it appears Zatanna decided not to wear any clothes at all. Seriously - how far down does that design dip? Guess that's what you get when you don't really have that many alt costumes to choose from.
Zatanna's magical powers seem to be diluted in JLH, or at least this fire bolt sure does - we've got a character who can conjure almost anything and she's left tossing fireballs? Maybe her later-level abilities grow. We certainly hope so.
