Josh Holloway signs on for M:I4
Helps Tom Cruise to reboot the series
Josh Holloway has proved that he’s anything but lost after the end of, uh, Lost , by landing a part in big budget reboot Mission: Impossible IV .
The actor, who played James ‘Sawyer’ Ford for six years in J.J. Abrams’ cult TV series, has clearly been keeping up appearances with the uber-producer, and has been rewarded with the chance to appear alongside Tom Cruise in the action flick.
Because all details relating to M:I4 are still being guarded by sweaty movie execs, we don’t know what role Holloway will play in the film, which is being set up as a reboot over at Paramount.
We do know that other recent additions to the cast include Michael Nyqvist, Paula Patton and Vladimir Mashkov, while Simon Pegg and Ving Rhames will both be returning.
Brad The Incredibles Bird is on directing duties, and the flick is set to begin shooting this December in Prague, Dubai and Vancouver.
