Iron Man invades London
Tony Stark takes time out from saving world, sells DVDs
Iron Man popped into London yesterday to help HMV in the quest to sell as many of his DVDs as possible and we have the pictures.
The costume was actually made by Iron Man fan John C. Christiansen, who spent seven months and £15,000 perfecting a replica of Robert Downey Jr’s suit.
Norwegian John is 30 years old and works as an estate agent when he’s not patrolling the streets of London as Iron Man.
John was a real perfectionist with the armour creating 4 x helmets before he was happy with the result. The complete armour weighs 15 kilos.
Go to the gallery on your right to see the pictures, then pray that Batman swings into town to help pimp The Dark Knight, and has time to take out some hoodies while he's here.
Check out the pictures, then hit comments below to tell us what other superheroes you'd like to see in London, and what they could do while they're here.
