Hometown Story from Harvest Moon creator gets trailer
Rechristened Project Happiness coming to North America and Europe
Project Happiness, the latest game from the creator of Harvest Moon, is now officially titled Hometown Story. Yasuhiro Wada revealed the new name for the game to Famitsu (via Siliconera), along with a new trailer. The game footage is in Japanese, but the nostalgic narration is 100-percent English!
Hometown Story is all about making the dreams of your fellow villagers come true, while maintaining a shop which will (hopefully) last for generations. Harvest Moon fans will be happy to know they can still explore the countryside, get married, and have children, and JRPG fiends will be pleased to see its notable contributors.
The game is coming to 3DS in North America via Natsume, and by Rising Star Games in Europe. It will also appear on mobile devices in some form.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
