Homebrew Homicide

The game: Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

The crime: Refusing to pay a lady of the night and then dumping her off a cliff.

The setup: Even long-extinct animals know how to employ a hooker in Grand Theft Auto. At this point, even newborn babies might come into this world already aware of the feature. But only crafty criminals can accept her services and dump her off the edge of the world. Well, actually she dumps herself, exiting on the wrong side of the car. Maybe it's stupid AI, maybe it's just the mistress coming to terms with her life gone wrong. Either way, it's an entertaining end.

Favorite moment: The music. Though we're well aware of Boston's "Smokin'" song, here it sounds like a mix between a silent film and Final Fantasy boss music. First it kicks up a wailing solo, then a tender breakdown for the lady's duties, followed by a final crescendo when she takes a dive. Then we drop a car on her. Also of note: the semi truck crash in the background. Can't stage that!
