The Helldivers 2 level cap is very high, letting you unlock some silly titles to show off your rank, but some of the Warbonds have exclusive titles too. Starting as a lowly Cadet, earning XP will help you ascend the ranks in Helldivers 2, all the way up to Skull Admiral, Hell Commander, and finally, the superior Super Private. Taking on the name of one of the lowest ranks after reaching General to keep fighting? Now that's a fine Super Earth soldier. Below, I’ve explained everything you need to know about the level cap in Helldivers 2, as well as how you unlock every title in the game.

The Helldivers 2 level cap is 150, tripling the previous cap of 50. Unfortunately, an increase to the level cap is quite meaningless as all Stratagems – the only things with level requirements – are unlocked by level 25, with Helldivers 2 Mechs being the final ones to get (for now). However, these 100 extra levels do let you earn 10 more ridiculous titles.

There are 25 Helldivers 2 titles for you to earn, most of which are unlocked by earning XP to level up. Although some of the recent Helldivers 2 Warbonds feature unique titles for you to equip instead of the standard rank titles. You can choose a title to display on your player card by visiting your Destroyer’s Armory, navigating to the 'Character' tab, then selecting 'Title' to see a list of the ones you can equip. Here are all the titles in Helldivers 2 and how you unlock them:
