To kill 40 enemies with the Helldivers 2 Eagle Cluster Bomb Stratagem and complete a Personal Order with ease, you've got to call in the bombing run over groups of weaker enemies - think low level bugs or bots. It's not the best Eagle payload in Helldivers 2, but can be pretty devastating in lower-difficulty missions. Just don't drop it on armored targets and buildings. If you're out to get 40 kills with the Eagle Cluster Bomb in Helldivers 2 to quickly deal with a Personal Order and claim 15 Medals, here's what you need to know.

Best way to use the Helldivers 2 Eagle Cluster Bomb

The Eagle Cluster Bomb is a Stratagem players can buy on their ship as early as level 3. The Cluster Bomb is specifically meant to take out large groups of weak enemies, covering a wide area (in a rough left-to-right line) with lots of little explosions. It doesn't harm buildings or armored enemies, making it pretty useless against anything tougher than a Charger - it's not one of the best Helldivers 2 Stratagems but it has its uses. Being an Eagle weapon, it also means players will get multiple uses out of it before having to send the jet back to restock on more ammo.

To get kills with the Eagle Cluster Bomb, this is one of those Stratagems that's generally better on the Bugs, who tend to group up in larger numbers a lot, though you can get a lot of kills with it by throwing it into a Bot outpost and having it thin their numbers before going in yourself.

For the most efficient way to get 40 kills for a Cluster Bomb Personal Order in Helldivers 2, it's best to do Bug Eradication missions on Medium difficulty or lower, which secures a good mix of vulnerable low-level enemies in high quantities. Try and get them to group up, then throw a marker just ahead of them (to account for the deployment time).
