Still in? Okay then. So it was always becoming glaringly obvious that Ned's bastard, Jon Snow, wasn't actually his. Through Bran's visions the scene was being set to reveal that Snow was actually the son of Ned's sister Lyanna and Rhaegar Targaryen - left in Ned's care after she died following childbirth.
It's all but canon at this point after the end of season six where we see the baby handed over to a younger Ned but this chart from HBO now sets the parentage in ink:
As you can see it clearly identifies Lyanna and Rhaegar as mum and dad, making Daenerys a weird sexy aunt.
