See the first footage from Game of Thrones season 6 in HBO promo
Game of Thrones teases are like buses; you wait ages for one, and then three come at once! First came the spoilerific teaser poster, which was followed by a teaser without any actual new footage. That has been partially remedied by our third look behind the curtain in the past two weeks - an (ultra brief) glimpse of the new season in HBO's 2016 promo. Check it out below...
2015 has been magical. Here's what's coming to @HBO in 2016. https://t.co/FzdLPuDgYWDecember 7, 2015
Included in the footage are shots of Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), a short-haired Cersei Lannister (Lena Heady), and Iwan Rheon's Ramsay Bolton, marching troops into battle. With no book to speak of this time round, it's nigh-impossible to ascertain what this all might mean at this early stage. Thankfully, April 2016 is coming.
Game of Thrones season 6 will debut in April 2016.
