Why you can trust 12DOVE
As seasons change, you realize that Magical Melody is deeper than a lot of RPGs aimed at adults, while exposing intuitive controls that make it accessible to anyone reading at a second grade level. What's most curious is how this freedom sometimes paralyzes older players used to linear questing, even as youngsters simply dive in the deep end.
You're not actually required to do anything but sleep when you get tired, and you're only penalized with a trip to the doctor if you fail to do that. Magical Melody is one of the purest examples of sandbox gameplay available. They've given you the world, and you're free to do whatever the heck you want within it.
