Hands-on with Gran Turismo HD Concept
Your corner-by-corner guide to Sony's hi-def race sim
Above: GT HD's handling feels flimsy and weightless, and we really missed the rumble feature
Corner two: Wide hairpin right
This hairpin begins with a slight kink, which is perfect to help you get really wide on the left before turning into the bend. Keep fairly central until you can see the kink, then power towards the corner with your hood aimed to the left. Brake into the kink and turn straight into the apex - you want to hit it early to set yourself up properly for the next hairpin.
Use this corner to bleed off your speed down to a controllable level - the next hairpin is steep and tight and won't give you much room for error.
