Mission: The Covenant
Not only the same mission, but almost the same location as Terminal #4. In the third and final tower, you'll discover an elevator platform almost identical to the one you encountered in the first tower. The terminal can be found in the exact same way - simply jump into the shadowy room across the platform and wait for the hatch to open.
