Loop back towards that platform where you crouched jumped onto that crate to get Audio Log 18, but continue heading north, up the ramp when you reach the traffic gate. Stay to your left and head through the alleyway and you’ll run straight into Audio Log 20.
Follow the road north from Audio Log 20 and stay to your right. Head up the stairs to reach the walkway above you to your right. When you reach the top of the stairs, you’ll find Audio Log 21 at the end of the walkway on your left.
Go back down the stairs and head through the traffic gate to the northeast. Continue north past the next traffic gate towards NMPD Headquarters. After the second traffic gate, you’ll find a hidden door to your immediate right that leads to a courtyard with two engineers and Audio Log 22.

Head back to your Mongoose and head north, down the ramp. Stay to your left as the road winds and you should see Audio Log 23 straight ahead.
From Audio Log 24, head north and take a right near the overturned train car. Continue following the road northeast. Audio Log 25 is just northeast of the NMPD Headquarters waypoint in the form of a UNSC Recruitment Center station.
