The latest character poster for Iron Man 3 has arrived online, featuring Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts looking rather serious indeed.
All the talk surrounding the film has focused upon the size of the odds stacked against Tony Stark this time around, and there's an almost funereal expression on Paltrow's face as she cradles her beau's headpiece.
The new film sees Stark up against the twin threats of nano-scientist Aldrich Killian (Guy Pearce) and shadowy kingpin The Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) - from the many images we've seen of our battered and bruised hero, it's going to be quite the challenge.
Directed by Shane Black and co-starring Rebecca Hall, Don Cheadle and Jon Favreau, Iron Man 3 will open in the UK on 3 May 2013.
