Guitar Hero II - Six-string Showdown
We played every GH II controller out there 'til our fingers bled - wanna know which one shredded the most?

Here's the quick review on this one:
Run.
Still here? Okay, let's talk. This guitar caught our eye because of its body shape, which was both interesting and familiar. It's interesting because it's curves and contours don't match those of any real-world guitar that we readily recall. And it's familiar because it's the exact same shape as Red Octane's official wireless axe (though the Rock Guitar isn't actually wireless). Gee, Asian factory owners - cranked out any good knockoffs lately?
Anyhow, it's red and white instead of white and black, and the neck and even the back of the guitar itself are actually both brown for some reason. It does have a cord, and it's actually fairly well made. However, the big problem is that, like the Shredder, this guitar only really works with the original Guitar Hero. Which makes it pretty much useless to Guitar Hero II owners. Of course, you can also drop another ten bucks and buy an adaptor to make it compatible, but by then, you should really be buying a different controller.
Another interesting note: when we first ordered this guitar, it was yellow and blue in the picture. Actually, on second thought, that note really isn't very interesting at all. Sorry.
