GTA: Vice City hits iOS and Android December 6

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is coming to iOS and Android on December 6 for $5. The 10th anniversary remake of the game for mobile devices will land with enhanced graphics and full touch controls on mobile devices, much like its predecessor Grand Theft Auto III.

Rockstar's Newswire promises high-resolution textures, updated character models and lighting effects, and more precise targeting and firing mechanics with customizable controls--which is good, since firefights were no great shakes on the original GTA III and could be even tougher to manage when it made the jump to touchscreens.

Rockstar promises a new trailer for the 10th anniversary celebration in coming weeks, as well as the obligatory limited-edition merch. Check out the list of supported mobile platforms for GTA: Vice City below.
