Gotham City Impostors coming next week
Monolith's Batman wannabes arriving February 7 for PC, February 8 for consoles
The streets of Gotham City are about to run red with the blood (and brains) of vigilante Batz and Jokerz, as Gotham City Impostors has been slapped with a release date of February 7 for PC, and February 8 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
Developed by Monolith Productions (F.E.A.R), the multiplayer first-shooter will feature 12-player battles between Batman and Joker impostors in multiple modes including Psych Warfare, a capture the flag variant; and straight-out deathmatch. A wide arsenal of weapons and homemade gadgets like the grappling hooks and deadly jack-on-the-boxes will give each factions ample opportunity to blow their competition into smithereens, or just embarrass them in front of their friends. Check out the recent beta trailer for a sample of Monolith's madness:
Gotham City Impostors will be available for download only, and will cost you $15 (1200 Microsoft Points). Prepare for the slaughter by reading our preview.
