You gotta hand it to Bethesda and Obsidian -the game just came out andthenew version of theircomprehensive mod tool is already available. Before gamers even experience allNew Vegashas to offer in a first run-through, they can start designing their own towns and dungeons, creating their own populations, and envisioning brand new items.
The Fallout: New Vegas edition of GECK can be downloaded fromBethsoft.com. Bethesda also hosts a comprehensivewiki, soanyone who's interested can givemodding a shot.
And for all of us who really don't want to go to the trouble, we just get to wait until all the Penis Caves and Boob People start making headlines.
