Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter gets musical
New trailer accompanied by all star rock band
Ubisoft has released a new trailer for its forthcoming multiformat tactical shooter Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, which features a version of All Along the Watchtower performed by a specially assembled all star rock band.
Obviously Ubisoft thought that explosive footage of its futuristic military shooter running on the brand new Xbox 360 wasn't enough to grab gamers' imaginations, so enrolled the help of a group of rock celebs, which includes Everlast and Faith No More bassist Billy Gould, to record a version of All Along the Watchtower to add some extra spice.
As for the actual game, it's set in Mexico in 2013 and has the Ghost Recon squad attempting to nullify the threat of a terrorist group. Helping them to achieve this will be the Integrated Warfighter System that equips the special forces group with advanced weaponry and satellite communication devices.
