One aspect of Batman that has been pretty consistent across all mediums is his penchant for specialised gadgets, and the Caped Crusader will need all of his wonderful toys and then some if he's to hold his own against the Man of Steel in Batman v Superman later this month.
DC All Access were lucky enough to interview Batman v Superman's prop master Douglas Harlocker, who gave them a closer look at the Dark Knight's arsenal. Check out the video below (skip to the 2:28 mark for the Batman footage)...
The batarangs and grapple gun - which will also be used as a hand to hand weapon - look great, but the most interesting part of the segment came when Harlocker discussed Batman's tech-cowl, which will modify Batman's voice and also function as a heads-up display. These versions of Batman and Alfred are more tech-savvy than we've seen in past live-action incarnations of the characters, so I'll be surprised if this is all the gadgetry we see come March 25th.
Directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Diane Lane, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Laurence Fishburne, and Amy Adams, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will arrive in UK and US cinemas on March 25, 2016.
