Should you buy the Star Wars Outlaws VIP invite to Gorak's suite?
In Makal's Cantina you can buy a VIP invite to Gorak's suite but is it worth it?
Buying a VIP invite to reach Gorak in Star Wars OUtlaws is a tantalizing offer, but one that's best ignored. You need to make money at this point fix up your crash-landed ship and heading straight to the top of the local criminal underworld seems like a good way to get work. However, with no connections or other way in, how to do that isn't exactly, so the offer of a VIP invite in Star Wars Outlaws seems like an easy win. But if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Star Wars Outlaws VIP invite explained
When you enter Makal's cantina on Toshara, a broker will ask if you're looking for a way to meet Pyke syndicate underboss Gorak and offer a VIP invite for 50 credits. WHile it sounds like it might help, you should not buy the VIP invite to Gorak's suite in Star Wars Outlaws.
If you do buy the the invite from the conveniently placed Star Wars Outlaws broker the nearby bartender will tell you you've been conned. And while 50 credits isn't that much, there's no point wasting any. Instead, just walk away and go about looking for another way to Gorak's suite to get a job and some credits.
How to get inside Gorak's suite in Star Wars Outlaws without the VIP invite
To get inside Gorak's suite in Star Wars Outlaws without the VIP invite, you'll need to be sneaking. Start by heading to the north side of the bar and enter the side room to the right of the jukebox. In here, you can use your Star Wars Outlaws lockpicking skills to bust open a vent cover, letting you crawl through and up to Gorak's suite, leading to a new job opportunity. This job requires you to sneak through the Pyke District to infiltrate Gorak's base in Mirogana City to grab information for a secret client, which leads you to your first tussle with the various Star Wars Outlaws factions when you have to decide who to choose out of Gorak or Eleera.
