Best Game of Thrones merchandise 2024
We've scoured all of Westeros to find the very best Game of Thrones merchandise, from t-shirts to board games
Much like winter, it's always a safe bet that Game of Thrones merchandise is coming. The TV series was one of the biggest pop-culture phenomenons of the past decade, after all, and it's back in vogue now that the prequel's second season is almost here. Because there's a lot to sift through, and to find you the best offer (we're not all Masters of Coin with riches to spare), we've gathered what we think is the best Game of Thrones merch here.
To make things a little easier, we've split all of these goodies into bitesize sections as well. Rather than a dump of all the Game of Thrones merchandise in Westeros, you'll find hand-picked lists of t-shirts, toys, collectibles, and more below. Seeing as fans can get everything from House sigil mugs to Hand of the King pins that also serve as bottle openers (not to mention Thrones-style Whiskey based on each great family of the Seven Kingdoms), narrowing things down when it came to Game of Thrones merch seemed sensible. Especially now that House of the Dragon has brought a whole new wave of collectibles to the table.
You should find the lowest available prices here too. Our bargain-hunting software is always on the lookout for reductions, so be sure to hit the button below each entry to see if any discounts are available.

One of the most iconic quotes from Game of Thrones isn't about heroism, nobility, or political machinations; it's about booze. Tyrion Lannister's pithy comment from Season 6 has been plastered over Game of Thrones merchandise ever since that scene aired, but this has to be one of our favorite tees featuring it thanks to a subtle yet striking design. While you should note that this has a slightly tapered fit so won't be as loose as some might like, the user reviews are overwhelmingly positive with 82% of 147 ratings giving it a full five stars.
2. Dragon Skull Silhouette

With House of the Dragon now on our screens, you might be tempted to show your allegiance to House Targaryen with a t-shirt. Of all the ones we've seen, this has to be our favorite; besides featuring the imposing skull of a dragon as featured in the show, it has a gorgeous hand-painted style framed by a medieval runic pattern befitting the series. It's a shame you can only grab the tee in black, but it being available in men's or women's fit is a big plus.

You didn't think we'd list Game of Thrones merchandise without including a reference to one of the show's most quotable moments, did you? The motto and catchphrase of House Stark became a mantra for this series thanks to its bleak tone, and it's still recognizable years after the final season aired. And even though there are a few variants of the design out there, this one with metallic font above a beaten brass shield bearing the Stark crest feels truest to the gritty atmosphere of Thrones.

1. Beer glass & Hand of the King bottle opener

Tyrion's "I drink and I know things" line was practically made to be slapped all over glasses like this, and although there are plenty of alternatives to choose from, this one would be our recommendation. Why? Simple - it comes with a bottle opener in the shape of the Hand of the King pin that Ned Stark (and Tyrion himself) wore. That elevates it above the competition even if some other glass designs are a little better, getting you double the Game of Thrones merchandise for less. Seriously, you'd normally pay that price for just one or the other.
2. Map of Westeros and Essos

Any fantasy story worth its salt has a map, and Game of Thrones is no different. Actually, this 24 by 36-inch poster demonstrates the show's setting in a grand style that looks as if it's been pulled directly from a library in the Red Keep itself. Yet thanks to rich colors, it isn't archaic or dull.
OK, it's not tremendously detailed either. But it's aggressively affordable, making this the perfect choice if you wanted a cheap n' cheerful gift.
3. Sculpted Dragon Egg Candles

The dragon eggs passed down to Daenerys in Game of Thrones' first season quickly became one of the show's more iconic props, particularly when they hatched during the finale. Distinct enough to be instantly recognizable, replicas of them make cool keepsakes - especially ones like this that have a practical purpose (even if they come unscented and don't feature fire-breathing friends inside). In fact, they're almost too cool to burn as candles.
Just remember that they're not 1:1 in terms of size; they're between two and three inches tall.
4. The Iron Throne bookend

This is what it's all about: the fabled Iron Throne. A seat from which Kings and Queens rule Westeros, this chair of melted swords is arguably the symbol of the series. The books and show revolve around who gets to put their behind on thi9s seat, and that makes a miniature version of it one of the best pieces of Game of Thrones merchandise for fans.
There's more to it than sheer novelty, too; the premium decoration on this model is to die for and the gold-accented plinth it stands on isn't too shabby either. While that does raise the price somewhat, your investment will be worthwhile - this is a top-tier gift for yourself or someone else.
5. House Sigil and Motto Ankle Socks

These aren't the flashiest bits of Game of Thrones merch out there, but they'll come in very useful if you're stuck for ideas and want a cheap gift fast. Comfortably fitting shoe sizes 4 to 10, these ankle socks are both subtle and practical. Plus, they bring more than enough fan-service by featuring the icon and name of six major Houses from Westeros (Stark, Targaryen, Lannister, Baratheon, Tyrell, and Greyjoy) along with their family motto.

1. Funko Jon Snow on the Iron Throne

There are many heroes in Game of Thrones, but the greatest of them might be Jon Snow. Increasingly pitched as the 'main' character of the series as it went on, he became a firm favorite and was involved with some of the coolest scenes. So this Funko figure of him sat upon the Iron Throne is a fitting tribute to this Night's Watchman turned King of the North.
However, be aware that this is an older item so the price is steadily going up. If you're leery of spending too much, we'd recommend checking in with the newer and much cheaper version featuring Ned Stark on the Iron Throne (featured below) instead.
2. Mega Construx The Iron Throne Construction Set

It can be hard to know what you should buy for some people, so cheap but fun novelties like the ones offered by Mega are a godsend. Despite being so affordable, this blocky Game of Thrones merchandise is of a surprisingly high quality and is good value overall. Besides getting an Iron Throne you'll build yourself, you're ending up with four characters (Cersei, Daenerys, Jon, and the Night King), a few accessories, and a window for each one that sits above the seat to show who's in charge.
Although Mega's 'Battle Beyond the Wall' set is cheaper and equally evocative, the bang for buck of this one earns it the crown in our eyes. You'll struggle to get a better vertical slice of the series, and its biggest players, for less.
3. A Game of Thrones: The Board Game

If a franchise is popular, you can bet your bottom dollar that there are board games based on it. This isn't a Monopoly reskin or dubious tie-in, though; it's a deep and thoughtful strategy epic with political plots to match the TV series. Actually, it's significantly older than the show. Now onto its second edition, A Game of Thrones: The Board Game draws inspiration from the books instead of the HBO franchise. That means machinations, broken promises, and conquest are still the order of the day.
While its rules are relatively straightforward, there's a lot to sink your teeth into with this board game for adults; besides recruiting armies and battling each other for supremacy across a sprawling board that charts the entirety of Westeros, negotiating deals or pledging allegiances you have no intention of keeping are where things get juicy. You're never sure who you can trust, and special world events - like Wildlings pouring over the great northern ice wall - keep you on your toes whenever you're not being stabbed in the back.
4. Funko Daenerys on Fiery Drogon

The journey of Daenerys from patronised princess to warrior queen was one of the show's best, and even though its ending remains controversial, the scenes depicting her saving the day on the back of a dragon are fantastic. As such, this Funko POP - which features Drogon spitting a massive gout of flame with very effective paintwork to simulate glowing light - gets a thumbs up from us.
Sure, this Game of Thrones merchandise comes with a degree of baggage (we suspect it might depict Daenerys when she went off the deep end and fried most of King's Landing). But on the other hand, it is undeniably well done… uh, no pun intended.
