Fringe ’s Seth Gable (he played the two versions of Lincoln Lee) set to play Vertigo – or whatever DC supervillain Vertigo transforms into – on the CW’s Arrow , reports TV Line .
As we reported earlier this month, Arrow ’s Vertigo isn’t quite like the comic version. The name “Vertigo” will be given to a drug that’s circulating around Starling City, while Gable will be playing a character inspired by the comic supervillain – a Vlatvian count with the power to make people feel dizzy – but not actually called Vertigo. Instead, he will “exude a darkly grounded, Christopher Nolan-esque vibe.
An Arrow source tells TV Line that the villain will be “Oliver’s deadliest adversary to date.”
