First Look At The Toy Story Short With Cars 2
Entertainment Weekly has the first two images from the six-minute Toy Story short that will accompany Cars 2 . Titled Hawaiian Vacation , it features the Toy Story characters creating a romantic getaway for Barbie and Ken. “Woody becomes kind of like what’s-his-name on Love Boat ... Captain Stubing!” says director Gary Rydstrom. “As toys who get played with all the time, they have a pretty good imagination. When it’s time for a little playacting, they’re good at it.”

Coming Soon is reporting that Ewan (Obi-Wan) McGregor is in negotiations for an as-yet undetermined role in director Bryan Singer’s Jack The Giant Killer . He would join Nicholas ( X-Men: First Class ) Hoult (who’s playing Jack), Bill Nighy, Stanley Tucci and John Kassir. When a princess is kidnapped, a long-standing peace between men and giants becomes threatened, and a young farmer is given an opportunity to lead a dangerous expedition to the giant kingdom to rescue her.
