How to complete Fortnite Quests in Chapter 6 Season 1
We've got the lowdown on beating all of the Fortnite Quests
The Fortnite quests have received a small weekly update, though there are still a few different things to look out for. Along with another set of Weekly quests there are also a fresh list of Story quests to tackle, if you've completed the previous weeks' assignments, and an extra Expertise quest has been added for using the Fire Oni Mask. If you're still finding your feet with all of the changes made in Fortnite Chapter 6, then working through these tasks can help guide you through them, especially the Kickstart quests that feature new parkour moves and other gameplay mechanics added. Now we're back to having 100+ levels of the Battle Pass to rise through, you don't want to miss any opportunities to gather as much XP as possible to unlock every reward.
As always, there's plenty more going on outside of the battle royale as well, so make sure you check out the separate experiences of Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival to see what else is available. Don't overlook these assignments, as they provide a significant amount of additional XP during Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 to speed up your progress through the Battle Pass. There are Story quests again now we're back to a full length season, plus you have the Kickstart and Expertise quests, regular Daily quests, and classic Weekly quests to provide plenty of different options.
The Week 1 quests involve collecting a Void Oni Mask in three different matches and giving a weapon to an Earth Sprite, so look out for opportunities to do that in games. Collecting 15 Epic or better weapons should come with time if you grab them when you see them, and if you're struggling to eliminate three players with headshots or hit opponents with a melee weapon 15 times then Team Rumble mode may come to your aid.
There are certain Fortnite quests that will get ticked off through natural gameplay and don't require attention, but we're here to help with the ones that need specific knowledge or actions to clear. Completing quests is a lot easier these days now we no longer rely on Fortnite characters to distribute them, so if you want to know what you need to do for that sweet XP boost, then check out the quests section of the main menu – or the pause menu – and you'll find them all clearly laid out, with the option to track your progress on a specific challenge. Keep completing quests and you'll earn massive amounts of XP across the entire Fortnite season so you can unlock fresh rewards – and who doesn't want that? Here's everything we know about the latest Fortnite quests.
