How to complete Fortnite Quests in Chapter 6 Season 1
We've got the lowdown on beating all of the Fortnite Quests
The Fortnite quests have received a significant makeover this week, with the UI being completely overhauled to give the menu a brand new look. The sets of quests are now broken down to individual screens, and from the top level menu you can see how much total XP is currently available to be earned within each section. The quests themselves have also received an update, with Godzilla quests added while the Kickstart quests have been removed – but hopefully by now you're up to speed with the changes made in Fortnite Chapter 6 so you no longer need pointers towards the fresh parkour moves and other recently added gameplay mechanics. There are extra quests that are exclusive to Fortnite OG, so don't miss those options to earn XP and rise through the Battle Pass ranks.
As always, there's plenty more going on outside of the battle royale as well, so make sure you check out the separate experiences of Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival to see what else is available. Don't overlook these assignments, as they provide a significant amount of additional XP during Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 1 to speed up your progress through the Battle Pass. There are Story quests again now we're back to a full length season, plus you have the Godzilla and Expertise quests, regular Daily quests, and classic Weekly quests to provide plenty of different options.
The Week 6 quests involve landing at Named Locations in three different matches, which is easy enough if you pick your spot from the battle bus, and if you're having trouble catching an Air Sprite and a Water Sprite in a single match then you can interact with Shrines to reveal nearby Sprites. Keep an eye out for characters or vending machines for opportunities to purchase three items or services, and if you find an Epic or better assault rifle then prioritize working towards eliminating five players with it. Using a motorcycle is the easier way to damage opponents while in a vehicle as you can fire while riding, though if you're alone in a car you can always switch seats to shoot out of the window.
There are certain Fortnite quests that will get ticked off through natural gameplay and don't require attention, but we're here to help with the ones that need specific knowledge or actions to clear. Completing quests is a lot easier these days now we no longer rely on Fortnite characters to distribute them, so if you want to know what you need to do for that sweet XP boost, then check out the quests section of the main menu – or the pause menu – and you'll find them all clearly laid out, with the option to track your progress on a specific challenge. Keep completing quests and you'll earn massive amounts of XP across the entire Fortnite season so you can unlock fresh rewards – and who doesn't want that? Here's everything we know about the latest Fortnite quests.
