Fortnite Coral Buddies locations: Where to signal the Coral Buddies
If you need to signal the Coral Buddies in Fortnite, this is how you open their shells
The Fortnite Coral Buddies have been around in the game for a while, though they were previously hidden away in secret quests, and now they are being allowed to step out of the shadows and into the spotlight. This appearance relates to one of the Fortnite Week 6 quests, where you have to find various shells and pop them open to signal the Coral Buddies. Naturally, there's one area in particular where you're most likely to discover some shells in Fortnite, but there's still a pretty wide area of ground (or water) to cover. Forget those concerns though, as we've already done this searching for you, so read on for details of all the Fortnite Coral Buddies locations where you can raise the signal.

Fortnite Coral Buddies locations
It shouldn't come as too much of a surprise that the Fortnite Coral Buddies locations are all to the northwest corner of the island within the Coral Castle area, as the name is somewhat of a giveaway. Once you arrive at this watery locale, you'll want to visit the three different shells marked on the map above and interact with them to signal the Fortnite Coral Buddies. They can be found in the following locations:
To the northwest of Coral Castle near a large building.
Under a large purple coral to the southwest of Coral Castle.
At the south end of Coral Castle near a short tower building.
Interact with all three of these shells and you'll have completed the task to signal the Fortnite Coral Buddies.
