Fortnite Accolades: How to earn them for your collection
How to Open Collections and view Accolades in Fortnite to track your progress while earning XP
Fortnite Accolades have been around for a significant time in the battle royale, however they've started playing a much bigger role over the last couple of seasons and we can now finally keep track of which ones we've earned in the game. If you're not sure what this is referring to, Accolades are the little notifications that appear at the top of the screen after you complete certain actions in a Fortnite match, which could be anything from dealing a set amount of damage with a specific weapon to downing an enemy with a long distance shot, and every time you earn one you'll receive a nice little XP bonus for it.
You can see the full set available in Fortnite Season 4 by following the instruction to Open Collections and view Accolades via the Fortnite Quests menu in the lobby. If you want to know more, here's an explanation of how Fortnite Accolades work and a complete listing of all the awards you can acquire.
How to Open Collections and view Accolades in Fortnite
A previous requirement for one of the Jumpstart Quests was to Open Collections and view Accolades in Fortnite, which can sound confusing if you've never done it before. However, the process is actually quite simple, so from the main lobby screen head to the Quests tab and then select the Collections option at the top of the page. All you need to do then is move to the Accolades tab, where you can see a full listing of all the tasks you've ticked off.
How to acquire Fortnite Accolades
You will acquire Fortnite Accolades automatically as you play, for completing various feats in the battle royale, and you'll know you've earned one when a notification pops up at the top of your screen like the one above. There are currently a whopping 163 potential Accolades in Fortnite to earn, and you're likely to stack them up during the course of a match. To know what you're aiming for, the following is a complete listing of all the Accolades in Fortnite:
