First Piranha 3D trailer arrives
“Don’t go into the water”...
Yep, it’s time to get out of the water.
Recently moved from an August to an April release date, Alexandre Aja's Piranha remake (which is in 3D, just in case you missed that) has finally showed us what it’s got with its first trailer.
Are we impressed?
Well... It looks like pretty standard stuff, if we’re honest. Amid the screams and the running, we catch a glimpse of Eli Roth, Jerry O’Connell and Vampire Diaries star Steven R McQueen (yep, that’s his real name).
Then there’s Christopher Lloyd laying on the ham as he rants about the “pack” mentality of the toothy menaces.
As for the fanged fish themselves? They’re quite obviously CGI, but look mean as hell.
