First Need For Speed Pro Street video and info
Yes, it really is the eleventh version of the NFS series
Monday 21 May 2007
It was always going to happen, but this video is the first evidence that the eleventh Need For Speed is in the works.
We've know it was going to be called Pro Street since it was posted on the Wikipedia entry for NFS XI but the style of game this new version is to adopt is still yet to be revealed. According to the trailer we can expect to know a lot more on the 31 May.
Pro Street will be the first truly next-gen Need For Speed, apparently having been built from the ground-up for PS3 and Xbox 360 with an entirely new engine. By the looks of the video much of this has been focused on some ramped-up vehicle damage.
More news when we've managed to find someone to translate the Polish gamesmagazine which apparently has the world scoop on the game.
