Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster Limited Edition announced
Includes art book, developer commentary
Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster's Limited Edition will include several extras for fans interested in the making of the classic RPG. Square today announced the special package, which is available as a pre-order bonus for North American customers or as a separate product in Europe.
The Limited Edition bundle includes a 24-page art book showing early concept art of the game, commentary from the development teams of both titles, and a special message from their producer, Yoshinori Kitase.
Square also released a new video which places FFX's wordless opening from the PS2 original side-by-side with the HD version. It's an impressive difference.
Square Enix confirmed that the PS3 version and PS Vita versions of the games will support cross-saves. Of course, you'll still have to buy them twice, and FFX and FFX-2 HD will be sold separately on Vita.

I got a BA in journalism from Central Michigan University - though the best education I received there was from CM Life, its student-run newspaper. Long before that, I started pursuing my degree in video games by bugging my older brother to let me play Zelda on the Super Nintendo. I've previously been a news intern for GameSpot, a news writer for CVG, and now I'm a staff writer here at GamesRadar.
