Guns and Bullets
This is another magazine with stacked effects. The first issue you pick up grants the Guns and Bullets perk for +5% critical damage with ballistic weapons. There are 10 issues to collect.
Issue #01 Lasers & Hunting: Acceptable Overkill - Fort Hagen
You can pick up this issue during the portion of the main quest that takes you to Fort Hagen. You'll also find the Fallout 4 Energy Weapons bobblehead here along with issue #06 of the Fallout 4 U.S. Covert Operations Manual.
Fort Hagen is directly to the south of the Sanctuary.
Make your way to the top floor.
Go around to the right to find the kitchen next to the Nuka Cola machine.
Nip inside and over to the table.
The magazine is lying on here.
Issue #02 Avoid Those Pesky Gun Laws! - Rook Family House
Play your cards right and you can pick up Fallout 4 legendary and unique weapons, REBA II while you're here for all your sniping needs.
The Rook Family House is in the northeast corner of the map.
As you approach, you'll be tasked with killing three mirelurks, so dispatch them sharpish to get inside.
Once you're in the basement, pop over to the corner with the lantern and the bed.
The magazine is lying on the desk.
Issue #03 Take Aim, Army Style - South Boston Military Checkpoint
If your level is high enough, you can find a pretty decent suit of Power Armour along with this magazine.
Head over to the South Boston Military Checkpoint.
The levelled Power Armour is around to the left of the building, but for now, go inside.
Pop over to the desk along the right wall.
The magazine is on top.
Issue #04 Street Guns of Detroit - Gunners Plaza
Grab the Fallout 4 Small Guns bobblehead along with this issue.
Gunners Plaza is at the bottom of the map, to the south of Diamond City.
Make your way around to the top floor of the foyer.
Enter the room on the right next to the Nuka Cola machine.
This issue of Guns and Bullets is on the table in the middle of the sofas.
Issue #05 The Moon: A Communist Doomsday Device? - Quincy Ruins
This is one of the best covers from the Guns and Bullets series.
Quincy Ruins is down in the southeast corner of the map.
Make your way onto to the rooftops from the nearby Police Station and cross over to the freeway.
Take the ramp up to the next level.
There are two trucks up here with a desk between them.
You'll find the magazine next to the terminal.
Issue #06 Bear Proofing Your Campsite: Don't Get Caught by Surprise! - Cambridge Police Station
The station needs to be occupied by the Brotherhood of Steel for you to pick this one up. Just do a few missions for them and the reinforcements should show up in no time.
Cambridge Police Station is to the north of the river.
Go around to the room on the left with the terminal.
Pick the lock on the safe.
The magazine is inside.
Issue #07 Little Guns for Little Ladies - Fraternal Post 115
Another issue with an awesome cover.
Fraternal Post 115 is just to the south of Cambridge Police Station.
Enter the building and go around the stairs to the right into the corridor.
Pick the locked door and carry on into the hall.
The magazine is on the lectern on the stage.
Issue #08 Guide to Hunting Commies! - Ticonderoga Safehouse
To access the area where this magazine is stashed, you'll need to complete the Boston After Dark quest for the Railroad.
You'll be sent on an escort quest to the Ticonderoga safehouse.
Head up the stairs to the top floor.
Enter the room at the end of the corridor on the right.
You'll find the magazine on the desk.
Issue #09 The Future of Hunting? - BADTFL Regional Office
This issue is in a locked room that you can either pick your way into, or use the key that you'll find on a skeleton in a nearby toilet cubicle.
Head east of Ticonderoga to find the BADTFL Regional Office.
Find the Chief's office in the western side of the building.
The magazine is on his desk.
Issue #10 Plasma The Weapon of Tomorrow - The Castle
The last Guns and Bullets issue is quick and easy to grab.
Head over to The Castle.
The radio operator's shack is in the middle of the courtyard.
The magazine is on his desk.
