After you clean off in the watery bowels of the hospital, scoot on up the ladder and over to the very dead body in the wheelchair to find a document on the floor next to it.

Shortly after you pick up the first document, you'll climb another ladder. At the top, you'll emerge next to a desk with another document lying on top of it, just begging to be nabbed.
