If you're wondering why the notification for finding every collectible didn't pop up at the end of chapter 15, this is why. Luckily, once you've beaten the game, you can just select the chapter you want from the menu and dive in. Select chapter 2 and you'll have the Achievement / Trophy in a few short minutes.

Missing Person Poster #15

Sebastian will wake up in the save room, exactly like the first time around. The only difference is the poster on the notice board. Go and grab it for final collectible of the game.
